Lilly is FOUR (Part 1)

I will preface this post by saying I will have to do a Part 2 to Lilly's 4th Birthday with more pictures of her actual party. We didn't celebrate with family and friends until February 19th but I did capture a couple shots of her on her actual birthday (the 16th).

It's crazy to think that it's been 4 years since we were blessed with our little baby girl.



Well she's not so little anymore but will always be our little girl. As of right now, she admits that she's doesn't want to get bigger or get married because she wants to stay being daddy's princess. It's actually a pretty serious matter to her. She's afraid that if she gets any bigger then she won't be his princess. We assure her that she'll always be daddy's princess. We'll remind her of this when she asks her daddy if she can go on a date when she's 16, well maybe more like 22???

Stats:
-Height: 39.5" *(50-75%)--I think closer to 50 than 75
-Weight: 37lb 6ozs (75%)

All about you:
-You wear 4T pants some 5T and size girls XS tops for the most part
-You wear size 10 shoes, although they're a little big but not bad
-You no longer take naps. You just rest (which most times will fall asleep and will wake after an hour or when I wake you up) on the couch. You go to bed much better when you don't fall asleep during rest time.
-Bedtime Routine: read books, rock-a-bye, lay in bed with eyes shut. You are comforted by the fact that you know we'll be in in 2 minutes to check on you, which 9 times out of 10 you're already asleep.
-You love to be our little helper. Whether it's helping mom cook, clean, take care of your brothers or helping dad work or do anything that involves being 2 steps right behind him
-You definitely require Lilly/Daddy time.
-You love to wrestle, draw pictures (not so much color), have picnics, boss Thatcher around, ride bike, anything that involves being outside, going places (doesn't matter where)
-Toys you LOVE: play-doh, baby dolls and accessories, jewelry/makeup, anything Princess, kitchen and accessories

We love you Lilly and can't believe that you're already such a big girl. You amaze us with the things you say and the love you show us and your brothers. You are our social butterfly and can carry the party no matter what time of day. We are looking forward in seeing what God has in store for you throughout this next year.
